Disappointed in the unfriendly front desk- I took my elderly father there to pick up oxygen we had so many questions. The lady behind the desk was short to answer, was not Patient with my elderly father. Maybe she was having a bad day, but it ruined my experience. They definitely don't go out of their way to help you .

I stopped in the Fort Myers location today, regarding the Phillips recall! The staff was exceedingly helpful! Very patient, informative, and understanding! I was very impressed and appreciative!!!!

Been calling, nobody answers. Left messages, nobody called back. My CPAP is malfunctioning and I can't get help. Beginning to wonder if anybody actually works there anymore.
