“Super easy airport rental pickup. Walk right to the Gold President Circle, found my name, went to the spot, and drove out. The whole process took less than 5 mins. Return was even easier, just drove up, left the keys in and walked away. The car rental is only about 5 mins walk into the security (tiny airport anyways) so it was super efficient! AND.....everyone there was uber pleasant too.”

“The customer service was very poor at Lehigh Acres, FL. I reserved a vehicle at the Lehigh Acres branch, when I arrived the vehicle was dirty, I asked the representative if I could get the vehicle clean he state he dont clean vehicles and the employee who clean vehicle is busy, so I can rent the vehicle as is or go clean it myself. I asked him how much time it would take to be clean, and he stated he dont know because their is only 1 employee here who clean vehicle. I told the representative I would wait until the vehicle was ready. After an hour, I returned to the representative and asked if the vehicle was ready. He stated I was a very poor communicator because I didn't state I would wait for the vehicle. Anyways, he asked if I wanted the vehicle, and the paperwork would have to re-sign. I asked the representative if the vehicle was cleaned and ready, and he totally ignored me,I asked him what his name was, and he said it was not my business. The representative stated I was getting on his nerves and that I should leave the store. I did leave the store without the that reserved. I was shocked..”

“While the staff was friendly, the prices were great, and the rental process was quick, there were a few drawbacks.- The car I received had a strong smoke odor, which was quite unpleasant and I had to keep the windows down the entire time.- Unfortunately, the tires needed inflation, requiring an extra stop at a gas station.Overall, a good experience, but the car's condition could have been better.”
“Got upgraded for free because they didn't have the type of car we wanted. Staff members were nice and the check in/out process was smooth. You have to catch a shuttle to get to and from the airport which is really annoying but it was clean and quick.”

“I finally found a car to rent at Avis, in Fort Myers, after having tried several agencies, and Also the Fort Myers International Airport! The staff person was extremely helpful and in no time at all, she had a Nissan Sentra for me, which I had driven before and was so pleased. “Budget and one of their employees (Davia) are the worse and less sensible company and personnel. I rented a car at Ft Lauderdale Florida and was supposed to bring the car to the same location in two days.
I had a malfunction problem with a vehicle that I was going to use to bring the rental car to the original destination. I had no choice but to bring the car to a location that’s close to where I am. Only 130 miles away. I tried to explain in many ways that this was out of my control but, Davia (the employee)could not help me with the extra charges even though It was out of my control. My two days rental was only $248.00 and still Budget could not waive the extra charge and now the total charges will be over $500.00 because of this. Be aware of this kind of service before using Budget Car rental. I had a situation like this few years ago with Hertz and they did waive the penalties. Needless to say that I will never use or recommend this rental car company again.
However the next day I went direct to one Budget rental service location and the person at the front seat has reversed my post. The person went above and beyond his responsibility to help me with my situation. So my updated review most come back to 5 star for just one person. And the worse is I can’t remember his name but, if Budget needs to find out his name the location of that budget is at Fowler street address in Fort Myers Fl. Thumbs ? up for him not for the first one.”
“Seamless pick up for our clean and stylish Nissan Sentra. We’re avis preferred and skipped the line and went straight to get our car. My wife and I are mentally ill and don’t have a lot of patience with things so this was perfect.”
