“Super easy airport rental pickup. Walk right to the Gold President Circle, found my name, went to the spot, and drove out. The whole process took less than 5 mins. Return was even easier, just drove up, left the keys in and walked away. The car rental is only about 5 mins walk into the security (tiny airport anyways) so it was super efficient! AND.....everyone there was uber pleasant too.”

“Lindsay was great. She was the rep that took care of me and communicated with me twice a week on my car repairs. I would give her five stars. The only reason why I gave it four stars is the confusion on when the car was going to be done. A general tax from your company kept saying it would be done in four or five weeks. That was upsetting because of the cost of running a car. As far as the job done on my car, the outside looks great. However, they must’ve taken the door apart and now the factory install window shade is crooked”

“While the staff was friendly, the prices were great, and the rental process was quick, there were a few drawbacks.- The car I received had a strong smoke odor, which was quite unpleasant and I had to keep the windows down the entire time.- Unfortunately, the tires needed inflation, requiring an extra stop at a gas station.Overall, a good experience, but the car's condition could have been better.”

“I am giving four stars to this company due to the excellent customer service that one of the front desk ladies, Amy, provided. The car I got was affordable, clean, and in working order no complaints. I needed to extend my rental due to an unexpected death in the my family and without Amy, this process would have really become a hardship on me while away from home and traveling. I do not like the expensive added $50 daily rate for everyday you extend your rental and I do not like that calling customer service is next to impossible. They also ran out of inventory during this period, so I was panicking that I would be unable to keep the rental or I would end up paying over $600 to other companies who had some remaining inventory. Amy, without you this trip which was supposed to be a nice vacation to visit family but ended up being one of the worst weeks of my life, without you helping me out in the small way you did really made all of the difference between making my situation from terrible to slightly better. The world needs more people like you. Thank you again for helping and assisting me with my rental.”

Got a decent car and a good price for a dropoff at a different airport location. Drop off was extremely easy as well. No hidden fees, upgrades, upsells... I paid in full in advance and got no unpleasant surprises or hassles.”
