I was able to get everything I needed at one place in one trip, and the difference it has made at work, well let's just say everyone else is trying to copy my design now, has the strongest stream yet and this new build gives about another 20 more yards range”

“Needed a locking latch for our 5th wheel. Upon walking in the door, there was a young man greeting us. He asked if we needed help, told him what we were looking for. Without skipping a beat he replied with " no problem, you can find that in Isle 30 halfway down on your left" we walked right to it, they had several options for what we needed. Picked outs and was out within 5 minutes. Great & knowledgeable staff.”

“Milwaukee service center for Fort Myers metropolitan area. Next closest is Port Charlotte.Do yourself a favor and buy your Milwaukee, Makita, DeWalt, Bosch, etc. here. Same prices but a local business. Good people.Walked in with two Milwaukee 12Ah and one 9 Ah batteries that needed to be warrantied. Can't ship the batteries as a consumer, too much lithium. Walked out with a new Milwaukee 2441-20 (caulk gun) that was ON THE SHELF and same price as the big box store. They have tons of inventory - I'm partial to Milwaukee but they have Bosch, Makita, and DeWalt sitting on the shelf. They also had lots of consumables, hardware, hand tools, and other miscellaneous stuff.Fantastic store. Wish I'd known about them sooner.”

Of note is the recent phone call I got from the district manager Anna, regarding the shortage of a product I have been trying to buy for several months. Somehow, I tracked her down and got a message to her and was surprised she responded. She promised to help me secure the product when it becomes in stock. That’s Customer Service!”

“DRIVERS! No signs for receiving. Pull into drive along the building to the back and park walk around the corner to large roll up door and check in at counter about 50 feet in. See photo. They were somewhat friendly. Little on the slower side unloading. You CAN park overnight.”
