Had a damn appointment @ 9:30 AM. Bank is closed and signage says open @ 9. Sat there for 20 mins and NO CALL to reschedule or keep me from wasting my time going there. Wells Fargo has the worst customer service. What a poorly managed operation.

Had a problem with my account doing a wire transfer, got in there at 9 am and the staff was so helpful and patient with me. Five star review, the best bank to deal with, and staff too, specially Chabelys the absolute best, solved my problem and taught me how to wire from the app. Never going to change banks.
