Greyhound: Bus Stop provides an affordable and efficient bus service. The buses are clean, comfortable, and come with free WiFi and mobile chargers. They generally run on time, and drivers are often friendly and helpful, though there can be occasional exceptions. The main concerns from passengers involve the stop's location and facilities. The area is often described as a simple parking lot for buses, which can be dark and feel sketchy with no security or employees present. Signage is frequently reported as poor or non-existent, making the stop hard to find, especially as the area is sometimes under construction. There have also been instances of last-minute location changes without clear communication, causing immediate frustration. Passengers are advised not to park in the bus area while waiting. Overall, it is a recommended service for travel, despite these hiccups with the stop itself.
I wish they still had a physical location like they used to have like the one close to Federal Highland

As others have noted, there's no signage, just a bench in a parking lot (Broward Park-Ride). GPS takes you to the general area. If there weren't people waiting with luggage, I would not have known this was it. I dont known how well lit it is at night but I wouldn't want to be here alone at night.
