“We called National Transport Services yesterday, when the carrier we hired to transport two cargo containers from Chicago to our factory in Appleton, WI broke down. I talked with Javarus Davis, with NTS and explained our problem and we needed to have the containers picked up by 4pm before the depot closed for the weekend.Within 20 minutes, they had two options on the table to discuss. We took one of the options, and the containers were loaded within the hour and on the way to Wisconsin. The paperwork was emailed to my desk, reviewed, signed and returned. It was probably the easiest transaction we've done in a long time.Javarus did an amazing job and got the job done with ease. Very professional, organized and understood the urgency of getting the load picked up on a Friday afternoon AND delivered to our factory in the evening.
