“Thank you Luis for accommodating our request to rent a car last minute! Decided to to rent a car the day of our departure to Ft. Lauderdale and spoke to Luis while I was on the plane through call and text and was quick to respond. He provided my Mother and I with a Toyota Corolla, very clean and smooth on the road. We received shuttle service pick-up from Ilian who helped us with our luggage and also shuttle service drop off. The team here are very professional, friendly and accommodating. “Hello, I liked it, it was good, except that the car I rented in Miami, when driving after 40 miles, the steering vibrated a lot, today I am with the car I rented in Orlando and when I get the car from 60 miles, the same thing happens, the steering vibrates but less than The Miami car, I think they should review the mechanical part (suspension) of the cars, otherwise it is very good so far.”
“It was quick and easy pickup at Sixt. There was huge line up at other rental company counters. I had booking with budget but the line was crazy so I checked with Sixt and the associate (Kevin) was very helpful and he upgraded to BMW convertible at very nominal rate.”
