Lauderdale and spoke to Luis while I was on the plane through call and text and was quick to respond. He provided my Mother and I with a Toyota Corolla, very clean and smooth on the road. We received shuttle service pick-up from Ilian who helped us with our luggage and also shuttle service drop off. The team here are very professional, friendly and accommodating. “This place went up and above service. The insurance company paying for my truck told me to get the estimate here. I had no idea of this place but they earned my business from here on out. First day of estimate, I was in a rush to pick up my kids. The ladies up front ( Sarah and Crystal?) made it a point to get me out within 10 minutes. Andre called me updating me about my car promptly and the truck was ready much sooner than anticipated. I had one issue with the car and that was my battery died the next day. I was worried that they would simply say that this wasn't their responsibility but NO... Miguel the manager, understood the issue and kept his word to simply buy a battery and he would reimburse me. The level of service here was so fantastic that I now hand out their business card in my place of business. I special shout out to Sarah at the front desk. Her level of service and concern was simply unbelievable. You would be a fool to look anywhere else to get your car serviced.”

“Was there an hour before closing on Christmas Eve and the place was packed with people trying to get/return their cars. All 3 staff were occupied with customers but my entrance was quickly acknowledged by Fernando Dela Cruz, who later also made the entire process a breeze. During the wait, the phone was constantly ringing to which none of the staff at the store could assist as they were all attending to customers. There were at least 3 people before me and that took about 15min. Fernando explained the process clearly, making sure that I understood the charges to be incurred. This took about another 10min as he had to attend to another customer midway to address a technical issue. When the car arrived, Fernando assigned another colleague to assist me. Both the interior and exterior of the SUV was well maintained. I took a while exploring the interior of the car before driving off. Fernando sent the same colleague out a 2nd time to check and make sure I had no concern. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the customer service by Fernando and his team given that it was a pre-holiday rush and it was near closing time. Rented the SUV for 10days and I did not encounter an issue with the car. Would recommend making an online reservation to expedite the wait process which was made effortless for me.”
