“Pretty easy to get in and out of specially on Blanding Boulevard. Great stock and prices. There was a steady stream of people going in and out as I was there on a Saturday morning. Store always seems to be quite busy and very popular family kids adults and very wide range of clientele. Is it just wasn't on blending boulevard though that can be a heck of a road to drive through to get to there.”

I have never in my life seen Managers and Co workers working together for the good of the customer & the store. This store is very lucky to have the staff they have in this store bc they are not only educated in all the products, jeans, etc but they have a huge compassion with there customers and it really shows. “I’ve been in this location a few times. I’m not much of a shopper and needed a birthday gift for a friend. I went in with no idea of what I was looking for. When I came out, I not only had a birthday gift for my friend, but a few items for myself. The selection is great, staff is very helpful and the prices are extremely reasonable.

“I had come for the first time to look for work boots. Not only was I surprised by such a wide variety, I was also surprised at how large there clearance isle was and just how clean! Alot of great prices too. I purchased a great pair of boots for a good price and the women, Melanie at the register was extremely polite and nice. Overall great experience. I'll be bringing my family here for now on for all of our footwear.”

Yesterday I decided to try the Town Center store as I was in the area. It was terrible for customer service. I had to wait while one clerk complained about a former employer to a customer. When another employee came over to help me I noticed on the receipt that I did not get a discount for using my card (special promotion). When I asked about it the response was “I think it just goes on your card. I heard them talking about it yesterday”.
I decided to stop in Big Tree location and ask. Sure enough, she was wrong. Ashley called customer service and got my credit I should have received yesterday at Town Center.
Of course I bought several more dresses and a pair of pants here.
I will never go to St Johns Town Center store again. Customer Service is lacking these days and I have to say I don’t feel that at this store.”

“I've been blessed to enjoy the perks of military service pretty much my whole life. First as a Navy daughter and now as a Navy wife. One perk is the opportunity to shop at the Navy Exchange tax free! We were really just here today killing time before a dr appt at the hospital, but I came across perfume I've been meaning to buy but just didn't have a chance to yet. I noticed here it was about $10 less than at Sephora not to mention the savings from not having to add tax to it. Score! I'm not a big perfume wearer but I like this one and who could pass up that savings? I may keep it or my mom may just be the owner of a new bottle of perfume. Lol If you have access, definitely recommend checking this place out before shopping out in town! The savings may be worth the drive to your local base/NEX.”
