    Had a van reserved - got here, van is not here. Had to wait for it. Eventually it got here and the previous guy wants to rent it again.

    They give it to him, after I’ve been waiting. And send me 8miles down the road, no apology nothing to make up for it.

    This has got to be the worst storage space I've ever had. They give you a grace period to pay charge you $15 extra after 5 days as they should but they put a red lock on your locker the morning your bill is due.
