I met a young man named Evan Shard who has not only been a representative for me for Verizon, but also turned out to be one of my best friends. He came with awesome customer service and a great personality. Every time I would purchase a new phone he would be there for me even when he wasn't working. I have had nothing but an excellent experience with him and the store as a whole. I wouldn't dream of going to anyone else for any phone or tablet help. As a matter of fact I try to send as many customers to him as I can, knowing that he has given me such wonderful service over the four years. “I had a great experience with AJ at Boost today! He was very friendly and super helpful! I felt he treated me as he would his mother! I am very technically challenged and he put me at ease. Thou I was unable to switch phones because my new/used phone had not been unlocked by AT&T, AJ set me on the path do do that. I will be coming back to your store.Your store was quite busy and Angie was working by herself. She was very friendly and very efficient! AJ came in to help and the line moved very fast!”
