“T was amazing. We came in for an Xfinity box, and instead, we switched our family plan from Tmobile. The only downfall was that she was the only sales person in the store. If she would have had a second computer or staff, we would have been out of the store way sooner than 5 hours. T had to take care of other customers in between waiting for boost to clear up issues with a couple of our lines. T really holds that store together. 3 different customers, at 3 different times, said the same.”

“I have never had a good experience in a T-Mobile store until now. We were greeted when we entered, the entire staff was helpful and knowledgeable. They helped us with our issues, answered questions, made recommendations and were just spot on. I wouldn't walk into another T-Mobile store. It's further away for us but worth the trip.”

“Amazing service! This is my second visit to Techy. The first was to remove a hard drive from a broken desktop and retrieve all the files onto a thumb drive. Service was done quickly and at a great price. When we found another desktop we decided to just swap the hard drives to save time downloading all the old files. I brought the desktop in to swap the drives, and not only was it finished in about a hour, but the service tech didn’t charge me a dime! I am so impressed with their devotion to customer service. They even offered to help me to my car. I will never take my devices anywhere else for repair or service.”
