“This review is for the Chris, who took all the frustration out of the process! I ordered a Samsung Fold 5 online with Verizon online. It was nothing but issues from the start. The online rep kept sending links that wouldn't work, it took 2 full days to actually get a link from Verizon that worked so I could pay for the phone to be shipped.The rep for Asurion was at the house all of 5 minutes for set up and left. I could not stand the phone. Overcomplicated, and a nightmare to use. I had to go to a "Corporate" store for the return. Chris was extremely professional. He was very detailed and quick in his explanations, not trying to sell me anything. A short, to the point experience that made it much more enjoyable.He set the phone up in 15 minutes with all my emails and apps, and made the process by far the easiest I have been through, whether that be online or in store. Superior customer service. Quick and painless! Thank you for all your help Chris. I will be coming back to your location, for you specifically for my needs in the future.”

Michel runs an excellent team because of his relationships and experience. He helped me solve some unusual challenges and gave me a great deal on my plan! He sent Daniel to assist me in other matters which I greatly appreciate but it was Daisy who helped me with the process from signup to phone delivery. “I have been trying for 2 months to get my account balance corrected I made 10 calls to customer service and sent proof of payment six times. It never got corrected. Finally I stopped into the summit office on Collier Boulevard and spoke with Valerie Ochoa. It took a couple of weeks to get it straightened out but finally she fixed it. All during the process she kept in contact with me. She was the ONLY ONE in your company to do so. Without Valerie I don’t think the problem would ever been solved. I can’t say enough about her professionalism. You are lucky to have her as an employee”
