“Going to cellphone stores is one of my least favorite things but this store is different. Coleman knows his products and got me in and out of his store in a few minutes with exactly what I needed. Another thing I noticed while there was how happy and satisfied the other customers were who were also working with him and his staff. It was just bizarre but in a good way lol.”
“I was very happy with the service I received from this location. This was the only Verizon store that had a rep who would call the toll-free number with me to get help with my phone instead of sending me home with the toll-free number. The rep was very knowledgeable and courteous and because he punched in some numbers while we were waiting, the wait time to reach the insurance company for my phone wasn't long at all. We all talked to the insurance rep about replacing my phone and within a few days my phone was shipped to my house. Other stores should take notes from the rep who helped me as to how to do customer service well. The drive is over a half hour away and I happened to be near this store because of appointments I wouldn't mind doing this drive from home just to go to this store again if I have issues.
