They give me the service and attention I never get at those retailers. Even when something fails through operator error they make sure that I leave the store satisfied.”
“Came in for a battery for my brothers key fob. It was hard to get it open. Thomas called for help. Gordon came he was unable to get it open inside. We will Google it. And then they still couldn’t get it opened. Both of them tried he . And they tried several things and all this time they were very calm so nice and finally It worked.After they opened it and put the battery in they said come on let’s go outside Thomas said and make sure it works.Honestly BEST experience I’ve ever had in the store they have the BEST customer service have any store I have ever been in. “Very knowledgeable staff! The gentleman at the paint booth is my kind of guy. I bought some stickers to hold something rather heavy. He recommended a double-sided tape, and I didn't listen. An hour later, after driving home and trying the velcrow, I returned the velcrow stickers and bought the double-sided tape. It worked great!”
“Seems to me that the local Ace stores including this one have more knowledgeable and helpful associates than the Big Box stores. Also Ace has many specialty hardware products and plumbing products that the Big Box stores do not have. You can buy online and pick it up just like at the Big Box stores. It's worth your time to give them a try.”

“I love Dan’s Fan City. We needed quite a few ceiling fans for our new home and found out about Dan’s online. I liked the reviews, so my husband and I decided to pay them a visit.Upon entering the store, we were welcomed by Misty, who was extremely knowledgeable and, very friendly. FYI, she’s usually on duty on weekends, including Friday. She was so kind and helpful, that we instantly became customers. She explained the pros and cons of each fan that we liked. And she recommended fans based on which room they would go into. She really saved me a lot of work because her knowledge helped immensely in deciding which fan to put in each room.The fans we selected had a LIFETIME WARRANTY on them, which was fantastic. I don’t know if that’s the case for every fan in the store, but we recently had the opportunity to test this out. It’s been over a year since we purchased our fans, and one of the models, of which we purchased two, was having issues. Both fans were doing the same thing so we called Dan’s Fans and Joe (I think that was his name), who was just as kind and helpful as Misty, told us to bring them back to the store so that they could test them. We had purchased 5 ceiling fans, and my husband had installed all the fans himself, so taking them down and bringing them back to the store wasn’t a problem.Joe called us after they were finished with their testing. From his description of what he found out about the fans, I truly believe he did a very thorough job with his testing. He explained that those fans had a fault in them and they’d be happy to change them out for different models.We returned to the store, and, once again, our dear friend Misty was there to help select the replacement fans. She was just as thorough as before and we came away with two new ceiling fans that have been working perfectly since my husband installed them. Dan’s Fans has customers for life in me and my husband. And we both recommend them very highly.”

With exceptional customer service from the front end team to speedy and accurate order picking from The servicemen in the back the team members of John Stone supply went above and beyond.not sure I can't even count the myriad ways they were warm and accommodating. This was first time I had visited John stone supply and I was pleasantly surprised. Not only were they a knowledgeable and helpful team but also seem to have fun and enjoy their job. Some may not think it's an important part of a work environment I considerate to be a good thing. I feel it made for much more exciting and fulfilling experience. To the front end I have to say thank you very much for the water,popcorn and the freezy pops. Can't tell you what they did for my day. “I bought a Whirlpool dishwasher on a Memorial weekend sale. Marla was the salesperson and I must say that she was fantastic. Very helpful and knowledgeable. I had never had a dishwasher before and she explained all the features. She also let me know about the rebates available. She even called me to let me know that the dishwasher I bought had arrived at the store and when I should expect the installers to call. Which the installation guy, Eric Thiele, was also fantastic. He too was very helpful and knowledgeable. Very respectful of my home and cleaned up nicely afterwards. It was so nice to have a home repair that was totally pleasant. Thank you Marla and Eric!”
