“Launch gave me an auto loan when turned down by other CU"s. Then later approved me for a boat loan. Great people! Only issue is the ATM machine is too loud when doing selections and having to choose language! this is America our national language is ENGLISH!!! If they dont understand then take lessons.”
“You will get good service at this location. Ask for Ms Hilliard. She cares for her customers. She assisted my 80 year old mother-in-law that had service issues at other locations. She also recently assisted me with a mortgage concern that I had been unable to resolve elsewhere. I recommend this Regions location.”
“I’m not sure why all of the drive-through lanes are closed on a Friday afternoon. There isn’t usually a lot of traffic here…,Update: drive through was closed for a week, has since reopened.”

“Very comfortable place. I applied for an account, they were courteous, and quick. The process was easy. No fees (except a $5 starting membership deposit).
Went in later to deposit, and Denise, the teller I had, was professional, sweet, and very understanding to my many questions. Looking forward to my next trip up here. Thank you Fairwinds :)”
