I want to commend Mr. Charles for 1st of all his professionalism, knowledge and kindness and his understanding and remembering how for students the bank is new and kinda scary if you have never been in that type of place before much less learning how to start checking accounts and how banks work. I brought my son in today to open his 1st account. He is still underage we will be sharing the account. Mr Charles talked to him respectfully, answered any questions he had taking his time explaining how accounts work. I appreciate he spoke to my son and not thru him. So thank you.”
