“It is great that you raised the limit. But some banks give you $20s. Not only does it take forever to load, but it exposes you & all your bag of $20s to thieves & those who would beat & rob you. My suggestion is to modify your machines to have 2 means of entry, singles & money counters like banks use. They could have side by side entry doors, the opening for both being always open. I think that would make your machines 5 star. My other suggestion is to put one of your machines on the NW side of town. It is a very long way to drive to the one I've been using. I have not seen another machine in Ocala with such a nice high limit.”

“I am not sure why this bank has such a low review. I was having issues with my account and have been unable to get to the bank. I work full-time and I currently am a full-time student. There was a situation where my account balance was negative. I called the main office right next to the Paddock Mall. They fixed my account instantly and I had my money back in seconds. They are also open on Saturday's which helps single parents, workers, and students like myself. I have never received an attitude from any individual that works here. They take precautions during this pandemic, and they are always happy to help me out. If you treat people with respect, they respect you back.”

“10 ⭐️ service from Alex n Brittany! We waited less than 2 minutes to be escorted into an office. Alex is very outgoing and quite helpful. Took care of everything within 30 minutes. Alex was very helpful, courteous and professional. I definitely recommend this location for all your banking needs. Clean facility, no crowds. Both Brittany and Alex care about their clients and make sure that you are satisfied before leaving. Stoked we were able to handle our banking with them.”

“The Wells Fargo ATM is located on the west side of the Visitor and Convention Bureau Building (big yellow building) and faces NE Second Street (the Courthouse Annex.) This is a modern, updated walk- up ATM but there are parking spaces a few feet away. I visited on Saturday, 1/22/2022 so yes it definitely is still there, but there is no bank branch at this location.”
