Julio let me know that he had other items he was working on and would be able to have it ready by end of day. Upon hearing that I had come from Tampa and wouldn’t be in the area all day, he offered to look at it immediately and was able to fix it right away. Excellent response and customer service!”

“I needed help with a random bug my pc developed out of nowhere, it was unusable. Constant freezes and sudden random new tab replications... At first they attempted to replicate the issue at the store but it didn't work, so they've asked me to bring my power cord, mouse and keyboard. They dug and dug and found the issue! A couple of corrupt drives my razed synapse downloaded (or incorrectly downloaded). A few updates later, I got my pc back!!! Thank you guys for being persistent and actually caring about my pc! Will be back soon for any upgrades!!”

“I don't normally shop furniture at lease/rent to own places but this Buddy's was so close to home and I was in need of a sofa and loveseat. Many choices, sizes and styles were available and very affordable. Frank, the GM at the Tarpon Springs store was so helpful, informative, patient and kind!!! He answered all of my questions, and I had a lot of questions! I ended up leasing to buy a gorgeous blue sofa, loveseat and 4 matching throw pillows. Their delivery is included. Please whether you are leasing or buying do not hesitate to stop in.”

“Great service and fixed my CPU heating. Computer used to hit 98C with my AMD 5950x . Instead a 3 fan AIO water pump. It dropped the heat down to 84C on max stress. While gaming it would stay at 70C at max settings.”

“Had another great experience with Best Buy. My old computer needed some work. After Geek Squad had a look, we decided it was best to replace it. I like to edit videos, so they recommended a gaming computer, which I thought was kind of funny but made sense. They recommended a Cyberpower Pc. I'm not a gamer, but for the free month that I get included with the purchase, I'll probably play some games with my kids just for the fun of it. I love the computer and the side perk is that it's SO pretty with all of the cool rainbow lights. It's still pretty new to me, but I'm pretty excited to see what it can do. I feel like this is a great purchase that will last me a long time.”
