Went in today because my new card never arrived and Kimberly was able to walk me through how to request a new one through the app and took some time to show me some new app features as well. She was very personable and made my experience quick and easy- and I walked away a better app user. Thanks!

Carolyn has awful customer service as a teller. Rude and inconsiderate. Apparently it's her way or she will tell you all that is available is the atm. needs to just retire at this point poor laday.
