Went in today because my new card never arrived and Kimberly was able to walk me through how to request a new one through the app and took some time to show me some new app features as well. She was very personable and made my experience quick and easy- and I walked away a better app user. Thanks!

Carolyn has awful customer service as a teller. Rude and inconsiderate. Apparently it's her way or she will tell you all that is available is the atm. needs to just retire at this point poor laday.

Double booked appointment time and rep arrived 15 minutes late from lunch. No apology like he was doing me a favor by showing up. Appointment request was for medallion stamp and notary. Attempted to upsell brokerage services (can't blame him there) but then demanded to see my investment portfolio before providing service. Finally informed me he wasn't a notary. Rude and incompetent. Got out of there immediately without needed service.Finally the proverbial straw... I'm changing banks.

This bank has stopped caring about customer service. I am shocked at the lack of caring and inconsiderate behavior of its employees towards customers. Bank of America branches are severely understaffed as a whole and this branch is no different. It feels more like the DMV inside than a bank. Upset people everywhere and rightly so having waiting around for so long to be greeted by a rude employee at the door who couldn’t care less about the customers. Why do I bank here?

Absolutely 0 help with assisting me and when I was transferred to BOFA customer service they didn’t even transfer me to a Bank of America customer service number. Instead they transferred me to a law firm. After speaking with the law firm they stated I am not their first caller from Bank of America, and that there must be an incorrect number entered into their system. Upon calling back, eight times, no one picked up the call and they call was terminated. I still have not received the assistance I’m searching for from BOFA. Seeing all the other reviews of consistent terrible customer service perhaps shut this branch down and turn it into a ATM Location only.

Absolute SLOWEST service ever. They have 1 teller for both the drivethru & lobby. I arrived around 12:30 with 4 pp behind me in line. 1 transaction took 1/2 hr. Pp in line were very angry. Lady manager behind the line doing nothing but “approving” things and telling me it’s the business model to the branch causing the backup…? How about OPENING A DRAWER or CHANGING the model based on need?? Busy all the time. 3 Other managers on desks also unable to help that ridiculous line of pp. Has been this way ANY time or day of week. -And I was told to use my debit card after giving 2 forms of ID. Are you kidding me? THIS is why this branch cannot gather more clientele and suffers from so many complaints. Hello, BOA CORP Offices- are you reading these reviews??Update: Regarding the ignorant response below…Do you think if I could have used those things I would have? I was there for a different transaction- a cashier’s check. And I’m guessing most behind me waiting in line had similar requests. Don’t make excuses for your poor staffing and horrible customer service. No one likes to come into your branch- we only venture when it is absolutely necessary.

I’m always disappointed by this branch. The service is incredibly slow. Today for example the ‘system’ was slow so it took over an hour to get a cashiers check. They seem more motivated by selling you more products than by helping you. It’s really a shame. I drive out of my way to avoid this branch.

I was in line for 30 mins to cash my check for them to say they have to review my check, causing me to lose my spot in line and restart my process all over again. Never will I ever open an account let alone step foot in any Bank of America ever again!!!!

My daughter had to rush to get a credit card for an upcoming study abroad program. She needed a card with no international transaction fees and had less than 1 1/2 weeks before her trip. Julian at the BoA Dunedin branch was a huge help. He found a card that met her needs and was relentless in his follow-up to ensure my daughter got her card in time and ensured her on-line account was operational. We couldn't have asked for more from Julian and BoA. Now my daughter is heading off to Paris to study art.

By far the worst bank experience I’ve had. I went twice for a simple wire transfer. The first time the guy gave me erroneous data. The 2nd time it was a 30 minute wait because I needed to “make an appointment”. Since when do you need an appointment to get your own money out of a bank?

I went to this location earlier this morning. I was greeted within the first few minutes of entering the building. I was brought into one of the offices promptly and assisted by one of the bankers. He was knowledgeable and ready to answer questions. The deposit was very quick and easy. He made me aware of all the options I had for this process. Overall, it was a good experience and satisfactory process.
