Not long ago, I faced a more serious situation with my 5-year-old pit bull, Nala, who was diagnosed with a mast cell tumor. The team at Imperial Point, including Dr. Rodrigo, was incredibly compassionate and efficient, quickly scheduling her surgery. They treated Nala with such kindness, making me feel at ease during a challenging time.
On the day of her surgery, they kept me informed every step of the way, even sending me a photo of her post-op. I also received a thoughtful text that evening to check in on her recovery. These small gestures truly made a stressful situation much more manageable.

He does not make up procedures to up the bill or charge for unnecessary medications or items. He and his staff are helpful and love animals. He often has numerous rescued animals in his office which makes the wait for an appointment more interesting.”
