“Have a 4 month old puppy that was lethargic and not eating. The office squeezed me in as a new patient the end of the day. Dr Burns examined my pup and treated her immediately. I took her home later that evening and returned the following morning. She did the necessary tests treated with antibiotics and fluids kept my dog there for the day to monitor her. I picked her up and took her home. Dr Burns personally called me each day after to make sure my puppy was getting better. The staff called me to see if I could just stop by so they could do a quick check on her. This is the only vet that I have been to in the past 50 years of having a dog that cared enough to call and make sure my dog improved. She did not do unnecessary tests to run up my bill. My puppy is doing better thanks to Dr Burns and her caring staff.”

I am in there almost every week with my 10 yr old lab since we became a new patient only a few months ago, and even when I’m in tears, or frustrated the staff and Dr. Ramanathan continue to amaze me. The Dr. is very knowledgeable, very level headed and realistic with my dogs age and the type of illness even though I might be having a hard time with accepting it and understanding plus juggling work and all other things in life with an aging fur baby. I lost my ferret Tariq too during this time and they were waiting and willing to assist me in the final days even though he wasn’t a patient of theirs.Jessica at the front desk is so kind, understanding and follows up and never waivers from her true kind and authentic personality. The tech and the nurse as well all are unbelievable. They aren’t telling you what you want to hear, the Dr truly knows what’s best and he is very matter of fact when he needs to be as we try to figure out how to help Jessie and I appreciate that the most. they aren’t looking to charge the most money; they are truly there for our pets. I’m not the easiest client at times and I know that, so I really want to extend my heartfelt thank you for putting up with me at times but always giving Jessie the best possible care. There’s a reason why they came so highly recommended.”

I’d highly recommend this hidden gem of an animal hospital as on the outside you wouldn’t realize it due to the building structure.Dr Richard Netzley is knowledgeable and doesn’t push for unnecessary things to be done in order to make a quick buck on his customers. Rather he does what is needed and advises other options if warranted.”

“My Papillon's eye was swollen/almost closed when I got home from a yoga session. She was in her X Pen so was surprised. Called and got same day apt. Upon an eye exam, applied yellow dye. In the dark used a blue light to examine surface of her eye: it showed she had a scratch on the surface. The Vet was gentle and patient. Have 3 meds. my Papillon was treated wonderfully at this facility. We have a follow up apt in 2 days.”

And my senior black pom Ricky is thriving, eventhough he has congestive heart failure and a collapsing trachea. Both conditions have not worsened since he was diagnosed in 2018. I use Dr. Keller, as well as another vet in East Boca as a nice balance.”
