“I have found a home at German Auto World. I was greeted by courteous and professional staff once I walked in and continued to have exemplary service and everything explained to me in full detail of all the requirements needed for my vehicle to run safely. The waiting room is luxurious and fully furnished with TV and leather coaches. I was completely comfortable with coffee and snacks and within walking distance to restaurants and stores. I talked to and witnessed other long term customers come in and leave just as satisfied as I am. I recommend this shop to everyone that wants or needs service, body or complete restorations to their cars. They are even running a coupon for Synthetic Oil Services, the cheapest in town! $189.99 for VW/Audi and $249.99 for Mercedes/BMW.

“Emily was very helpful today. I was able to get my car booked a few minutes before the store closed. As I was leaving, she offered me a larger vehicle because of my height and the car I booked had limited leg room. Upgraded with no additional cost. Very nice and thoughtful of her. “Service was great, car is great and Tesla rental with Hertz is a seemless expereince. Car was added to my app with a simple scan of QR code on its dashboard. I have not had to use the actual key ever. After rental ended car dissapeared from the Tesla app. All charging done was with Tesla supercharger - automated by Hertz. At the end of the rental Hertz billed me exactly the amount it was billed by Tesla with no fees. Zero collision waiver was included with the rental at no extra cost. Simply can't fault it and would return again.”
“You know those days that everything goes wrong and you arrived after many struggles at the rental car late and they are already closed. It was 100 degrees but to my luck, the manager was leaving the place and asked me if he could help. He said the place was closed, I didn’t realized they close at 12 and it was past that time. Renette, went back inside saw my name on the roster and decided to help me, his kindness and customer service, I will never forget, he was the light that day and I will always be thankful for his professionalism and for his good heart. Kudos to him for helping me when I most needed!”
