“I was changing my own oil this past Sunday and couldn't get the oil filter loose. In fact, I had started to crush it a bit using everything but a screwdriver. I filled the engine with oil and took it by the Walmart Auto Care Center, in Defuniak Springs. Jordan immediately greeted my wife and I and offered to see if he could get the filter loose, as I had the replacement with me. He wasn’t able to do it in the parking lot, so he checked us in for a chassis lube. Chris took it from there, got the oil filter off and put the new one on, as well as took the oil I had previously purchased at Wal*Mart and added what was needed. The cost was $0.00. I was greeted with the willingness to help me out of a jam, and it continued through the entire visit. I am truly grateful I met Jordan and Chris…Thank you, Thank you!”
