Jeweler made therepairs to my diamond ring while I was there and found another diamond split and several loose diamonds in the setting.all while my daughter and I spent time admiring their jewelry in the cases.Absolutely the best Customer service I have ever experienced..

Owned and operated by the founder’s great granddaughters, sisters Sheryl Cook and Vicki Cook Leonhardt continue this family tradition of excellence. In 1995, Sheryl became President and Vicki became Secretary after their father retired from the business. In 2005, Vicki's daughter Ashley Leonhardt Lee, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, became the fifth generation to enter Tom Cook Jeweler. After graduating from the University of Florida with a degree in Advertising, Ashley traveled to Carlsbad, California and received her Graduate Gemologist degree.
