“I stopped in the store in Early October to inquire about Rolexes and had the pleasure of working with Ms. Rosanne. She was very knowledgable and kind, allowing me to try on various exhibition pieces in the store. Eventually I settled on a model I wanted and she got me registered. Also recommend very nice restaurants and the chocolate store door that I visited. All in all it was a great experience and a worthwhile commute from Jacksonville where I do most of my business. We were on official company business and they let us test the consoles we were buying for our stores, and was very patient with us despite it being a whole 2 hr+ process with multiple calls to the company owner for transactional permissions. They also had a very good sense of humor, a real “rolling with the punches” kind of group that felt entirely too down to earth. They’re also respectful of your sense of identity, and they all work very well together. They communicated with one another frequently during the whole process and managed to almost seamlessly handle other customers while dealing with us as well. Their overall sense of teamwork and community within themselves and their customers is remarkable, a lot of the folks coming in being repeat customers over the years who share trust in them.
