“I want to say a big thank you to Mr. Omar. I ordered an office chair for my wife's birthday. My wife's birthday is on Sunday. The chair was supposed to be delivered on Friday, but FedEx decided that it could be delivered on Monday. Mr. Omar called FedEx and went and picked up my gift from FedEx on Friday. I picked up the chair on Saturday and was very pleased that my gift was delivered on time, thanks to Mr. Omar. “This has been one of my best experiences shopping for furniture that I have ever had! Let me preface this by saying this was at the Fort Lauderdale location on 3700 Federal Hwy and not at any other location. Reason for my disclosure regarding location is because before that we went to another location in Coconut Creek and unfortunately was not impressed and this had more to do with the sales associate’s interaction more than the actual store! Actually the reality is we would have gone with another furniture store company had it not been for these two amazing associates we lucked out on getting. Those two associates are Celine Hernandez and Sophia Herrera ( hope I did not butcher their last name’s spelling) from the inception they greeted us with a warm and welcoming demeanor and I guess Celine realizing we were not or at least we looked liked we hadn’t the slightest idea as to what we wanted or what would work for us immediately recommended that we sit with one of her designers Sophia a service we were not even aware was available to us had it not been for Celine’s attention to ensuring her customers get every option available. Celine’s enthusiasm for helping customers was immediately evident and she made it clear that her top priority was to ensure we found exactly what we were looking for. Meeting Sophia was a god’s send she took us under her wings with the patience and knowledge that was exemplary to put it lightly. Sophia demonstrated an impressive knowledge of the store’s product range and even opened up vendors that were not even available on their site. She patiently listened to our preferences did a 3D rendering of our room so we can actually see what the various selections would look like, she asked thoughtful questions to better understand our vision and her expertise and keen eye for design allowed her to suggest several pieces that perfectly matched our style and needs. She meticulously explained the benefits and features of each item and even offered practical advice on how to arrange the furniture to maximize the space and enhance the room’s overall aesthetics. This made finding the perfect room so much easier and if that was not enough she went above and beyond and even worked with her manager to get us a steal of a deal on some floor sample pieces (now there is customer service!!) Both Celine and Sophia exhibited exceptional professionalism and a positive attitude throughout the entire experience. They were always approachable, patient and willing to go the extra mile to address any concerns or questions we had even after the transactions were completed. My only disappointment was not with Sophia or Celine but I found out that since we initially went to a different location and the associate their took our info their was going to be a split which I could not understand why since if it was not for these two amazing ladies we would have taken our business to one of their competitors so sad but amazingly they did not even say a word about that to me and I found out after the fact. Regardless I believe both Celine and Sophia are an invaluable asset to Haverty’s and I would recommend anyone seeking expert guidance and exceptional service in their furniture shopping experience to seek out this dream team. “We were looking for a Murphy bed in the Fort Lauderdale area and came across Multimo Beds. We spoke to Alex by phone then visited him in the showroom. He was great! Very informative and helped us decide on the right product for our space. He told us he was expecting the delivery in about 8 weeks and it was right on time. We had purchased the installation as well and so glad we did! Two installers showed up on time and prepared. They brought everything they needed to install the bed and protect my surfaces. They were clean, organized and very respectful. Before they began, we discussed placement and made sure everything cleared for opening. They worked efficiently and professionally. It took them 4 hours to install the bed. Before they left, they made sure that we were happy with the installation. When they did leave, my room was just as clean as it was before they showed up. “My wife and I recently decided to buy a Best Rest mattress when we upgraded to a king size bed and we couldn't be happier with it. We really liked that it was chemical free since we had a baby on the way and didn't want to expose him to anything that could be harmful to him. Now that we've had it for a few months I can safely say it is easily the most comfortable mattress I've ever slept on. I've had issues with other nice mattresses I've owned where I've woken up with sore hips or shoulders and felt like a pressure point wasn't being supported enough, but this mattress alleviates all of that. There is also very little motion transfer which helps us stay asleep since one of us is frequently getting up to tend to our newborn. My wife and I sleep great and we couldn't be happier with our mattress.”

“My fiancé and I recently had the pleasure of working with Murphy Bed and Services in Hollywood, and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the result. They created the most beautiful and functional Murphy bed for our second room, which also serves as a library and gym.
We had never met professionals as outstanding as Alex and Ariel, the owners and operators. Their punctuality was the first thing that impressed us, and the entire process from start to finish was incredibly smooth. The installation was done flawlessly, and they made sure to leave the room spotless after they completed the work.
The quality of their product and their exceptional customer service were worth every penny. Even after the installation was complete, Alex and Ariel were attentive and available for any follow-up questions or concerns we had.
