I was able to describe exactly what I felt was important and necessary, and they were able to guide me. The very first bed they pointed out was the one I chose, it was exactly what I was looking for because I’ve had one like it in the past and I just know. I also had a budget and they were kind within meeting me for that price point. No high-pressure sales no over selling smooth, consultative approach. “I am very pleased with the sales people at The Fort Lauderdale Relax the Back Store. Starting with Dina who helped me select pillows to ease my hip pain when sleeping. She gave perfect advice and I am now sleeping pain free. She also introduced me to the Zero Gravity massage chair, letting me enjoy a relaxing experience in the store and informing me of the upcoming annual floor sale. The cover for the side sleeper pillow I purchased was out stock at the store. One was brought up from the Plantation store by Daniel . He kept me informed of when he would be at my local store and while I as there he assisted me with purchasing the Zero Gravity massage chair that was now on sale. He tracked down the only one in the area (Miami) in the color I wanted and made the sale very easy, patiently answering all my questions. He made me feel like a valued customer, and genuinely interested in helping me with my purchase, and delivery with a very pleasant caring attitude. Yesterday when delivery called for today's delivery, I mentioned that proof of insurance would be needed prior to delivery for my condo. However, i was told this might nott happen before the the next day. Both Daniel and Adriana, the store manager, have been working to expedite the process. She also demonstrated customer concern for a quick delivery. I look forward to the delivery and relaxing my back in the chair.”

“I began shopping for furniture at Baers in Fort Lauderdale today and would like to leave a review. In this comfortable store with plentiful parking there is a large display of beautiful transitional furniture which is very well constructed. Assisting me in my experience was associate William Sherman. Mr Sherman is extremely knowledgeable about furniture construction, fabrics and interior design, all of which I only knew a few basics. First, he located pieces which would be comfortable for someone with my type of body. He was then able to figure out what style I liked. Then he showed me a variety of comfortable chairs and sofas and what design accents could be used to work together to suit several design styes. He educated me about different materials and different weaves and patterns that work well together. In addition to being knowlwedgeable, he was patient, kind and warm. I had a terrific experience at Baers and look forward to returning soon.”

“If you are looking for good quality and great prices on furnitures, look no further. I have been to various small family owned furniture stores and wasn’t happy witht the services and price were a little bit too high. So, I was introduced and referred to Zayna’s Furniture by my sister-in-law. She told me this is the one stop-shop furniture store. And sure enough, my sister in law was right. In my quest to find furnitures for my new home, I took my sister-in-law advice and went into Zayna’s Furnitire where I have met Marc and his parents. Marc showed me around the showroom, was able to answer my questions. Marc was very kind and pleasant to work with. Not only that they were kind, but they were able to beat other furinture stores prices. I have bought a dining set where other stores asked for a lot more than what Zayna’s have given me.
