We tested the internet speed and I am impressed! The sales reps are always knowledgeable and very helpful. Found what I was looking for since my first phone my LG 5 stylus had broken. Being an old customer, I managed to get a wonderful deal on a Galaxy A13. I've been around a number of the least greats mobile phone providers. I have yet to see one that tops boost Mobile in customer service. Don't take my word see for yourself.”

You are met at the door, some people are put off by this, some like it. I was there to replace my long serving XR11 remote.
I was given an XR15 remote. Meh....
I got home and it was more difficult to get it configured than the instructions lead you to believe. 2 days later and it stopped working all together. Took it back after ordering an XR11 from Amazon, just in case....
Same issue trying to get the Samsung TV and the remote paired as per the instructions. Got it to pair by initiating the pairing on the TV instead of through the XFINITY box as per the instructions (set the TV to look for the pairing instead of playing with number combinations to appear on the TV screen as per the instructions)
The ergonomics are not as good as the XR11 and some of the button areas are very stiff, making their selection hit or miss unless you "bear down" on the button.”
