“If you want your dog to be treated like a prince, bring him to Dr. Lara's office. OMG my experience was extremely satisfactory. They treated my dog amazingly with so much love in such a kind way. Dr. Lara's entire team really loves it their work, from the beginning of the appointment process to the end, everyone was extremely professional and very attentive. And the best thing is that I could see everything they did to my dog. It's not like other places that take the dog to another room and you don't see anything they do to it. I will definitely maintain my loyalty as a client to Dr. Lara's office. They are the best!!!!! Good Job Dr Lara and team!!”

“I enjoyed my experience my dog was well taken care of. Love the ladies in the front they truly made me feel welcome. The only thing I would want to share about my experience is that my dog’s teeth were not in the best condition and they took care of him but the way the physicians communicated how bad his teeth were I just felt was insensitive and made me uncomfortable and feel extremely judged. You never know someone’s financial situation or life circumstances that could cause them to not be able to care for their dog the way they would like to which was my situation. Also some people may be first time pet owners and not be knowledgeable on what specifically needs to be done for their pets. So moving forward my recommendation is to watch the tone and way that as physicians y’all are communicating to families about their pets you never know there situation and uncomfortable interactions such as mine can cause pet owners to not take their animals to the vet once they are able due to fear of judgment.”
“Everyone at this location is wonderful. I was able to be seen the next day and the team acted quickly to take care of my cat, make her comfortable and stable, and set us up for the next steps. They worked wonderfully with other locations and I was able to get on the standby surgery schedules for whichever location had an opening. This location was wonderful in a very stressful time. “I love coming to this location because the office staff and doctors are always polite and friendly. Yesterday, Julio had a bad allergy outbreak to the point of ripping up his poor skin. He was whining all night! Doctor Marcello was extremely helpful in giving him a cytopoint injection which stopped his itching. If your dog is suffering from allergies or itchy skin - don't delay! Go here and get the cytopoint.”
