They NEVER answer the phone. EVER. You have to go to the bank for service. The people are kind but I need to be able to call my bank and reach someone. I've gone in and seen no customers and then called from the parking lot and no one answers. It's fair to expect more.

When there everyone is very nice, but they NEVER answer the phone. I've been told for numerous things I have to have an appointment but can't call to make one. Frustrating.

I've been banking with SunTrust for two years now and the staff has been nothing short of helpful, courteous and professional at this location. For that, I'm grateful. In addition, I've had no issues with my checkings account or SunTrust thus far.
