I came down to Coral Springs from New Jersey to visit family and didn't want to miss my daily F-45 workouts. From the moment I made contact with the studio rep I was duly impressed. I was warmly welcomed both by my first text messages and then in the studio. Jason, one of their many seasoned trainers was awesome-knowledgeable and very friendly. Bottom line, I will return to visit family here and will arrange my workouts again at F-45 Coral Springs West!

F45 is exactly what I need to get back in shape. It's a very friendly environment, the coaches are attentive and kind, workouts are 45 minutes and they take all the guess work out of getting in shape. Very happy I decided to join. My energy levels and overall mental health have changed drastically in one month.

Took my first class. I was nervous and feeling overwhelmed before we started. But the coaches were awesome! Close by all class, helping and encouraging. And the other members were encouraging and helpful too! I am looking forward to another class.
