Try to purchase 6 shirts and two packages of socks adding to more of $600. , after various attempt to pay, couldn't finish the purchase , contacted customer service and was told that because of the email address , they ban my IP , delivery address ,
Plus was not my first time buying nor the third . and to give me a horrible excuse , that it was because my email!!!!

Store is located in Village of Merrick Park an upscale shopping mall. The clothing is refreshingly different from brands like Gap, A& F etc but more expensive too.. Quality is very good. It's a kind of resort wear . The name Vineyard Vines reminds me of Martha's Vineyard. Very friendly staff. We returned one t-shirt which was no problem at all.

My fiancé and I like to shop here for our kids but every time we walk into this store, the young man/sales associate is typically unpleasant. I'm not sure if this is intentional or not but he comes off as condescending. Makes the shopping experience a negative one and makes you want to get out sooner than later.

Beautifully designed store. The experience you have as soon as you walk in truly represents the brand.The fabric of their shirts is incredibly soft and comfortable. Their other clothing items such as their pants are also excellent.The staff was very helpful in assisting me with finding what I needed.Prices are fair for the quality of the clothes.The store is located on the bottom floor of the shops at Merrick Park in coral gables.

I went after Christmas shopping here and had a nice time selecting things. I like Vineyard and having an outlet really is nice. I asked questions, got replies without issues. They have a fitting rooms that were nice and clean. Staff doesn't always answer the phone (depending on how busy they are) but if they do get a chance they will be more than happy to help you out. it's quality clothing that's geared toward a preppy look.

Terrible customer service. Apparently we are doing them a service by shopping in their hallowed store. The young girl is especially unpleasant and will be sure to drive away more customers. We went there planning to make a few purchases for different members of the family before a vacation. We walked out and won't return.
