My fiancé and I like to shop here for our kids but every time we walk into this store, the young man/sales associate is typically unpleasant. I'm not sure if this is intentional or not but he comes off as condescending. Makes the shopping experience a negative one and makes you want to get out sooner than later.

The young lady with black hair could use training on your POS system, and policies. She gets the award of being in uninformed, unfriendly and lacks professionalism. She is hurting your brand
