The posted hours and website say the self-service kiosk is available 24 hrs, but I was here at 2:15pm on a Saturday and the doors are locked.
Bad customer experience, waste of time. Please update the hours for accuracy.

Lived in this neighborhood my entire life, used this location multiple times & todays service has one word, abysmal.
Employee was one the phone, full blown conversation (he is great, completely different) sounds like an episode of love & island, extremely dismissive as if we were interrupting her in the comfort of her home. Ma’am, I know times are rough but you’re at work. I’m sure this job pays your bills. & if you’re so unhappy you have a choice .. LEAVE ! Go somewhere you’re happy! Don’t be miserable & give shitty service.

Coming from years of visiting this post office, every single post worker appears EXTREMELY MISERABLE, and they instill that every day I visit. They are rude, have no people skills, they never smile, never greet you. The reason I’m writing this is that one event that tipped me over— the ‘one day’ the system was down which means they cannot print/confirm postage’s/packages/ they locked the doors and posted ‘closed’ in multiple areas and when you tried to hand them a package that had its postage stamps, they held up their hand to your face, yelling at you closed closed closed!! In a very angry, growling voice. Even going as far as dragging their finger across their necks. Remind you, this was about 9am on a weekday.
Extremely unprofessional where I feel I need to take a happy pill every time I leave here… (I’m sure every sad to say- customer agrees) I highly recommend visiting the post office on miracle mile, I believe the address is 75 coral way? They appear 80% less miserable and at least say hi to you without a permanently engraved frown on their face.
But to be honest— if management is reading this for whatever reason— please see the Boca Raton post office (170 NE 2nd St) they are very happy people. They know customer service and somehow I and others- always look forward to visiting them.

I received wonderful service from Kendra. She informed me about something that I was mailing. She was such great help and had a smile on her face while doing so. This is one of the best services I’ve ever received from USPS in general. Monday morning and such great customer service. Thank you Kendra!!!!

Never pick up phone. Wrong package was left in my home 10 days ago. I labeled it: Unknown destinatary...THE PACKAGE HAS BEEN LEFT above Mail box. I tried to reach the office NEVER PICKED UP THE PHONE.

Every time I have gone to a USPS all I have had are bad experiences with the people that work there. I don’t understand it’s like they’re working for free. Horrible customer service. Pay a bit more and go to UPS you will definitely get better service there.

Been coming here since I was a kid. I don't always need to speak to someone since I come prepared and ready to drop mail into the shoot, but whenever I need help mailing out a package everyone has been very helpful.
