“I have to say, I had the best Thanksgiving pre-shopping experience at our Inverness Walmart yesterday. I am expecting to host 19 tomorrow so I had a big shop. I was so happy when I got my overflowing cart to the front there was a cashier named Russell available with nobody ahead of me! He got a second cart so we could fit them as we bagged everything, and was so cheery, patiently working through my pile. Then another superstar, Angel, came and helped me push the second cart to my car so I could get all these in 1 trip. Both so pleasant and helpful, I am grateful they made this a easy as can be. “So originally started out as a normal day bf picking up mine and my daughters meds they pharmacist expedited the refill after he heard how bad my daughters ear infection was not long after picking them up my daughter stopped breathing my boyfriend rushed her inside and the pharmacist was able to girl her a couple pushes of breath and was able to get her breathing again I’m so beyond thankful for this pharmacist whoever u r I wasn’t inside since I had to stay with my other daughter and I was on the phone with 911 but u saved my daughters life and I’ll b forever thankful”

Seven years ago, I went into the Dunnellon Pharmacy and found my new family drug center!!They were so pleasant and were there to help me with my diabetic supplies, my thyroid medications and antibiotics when I needed them. When I went back the next time and each time I do go there, they always welcome me by my name and ask how they can help me today.Like with my childhood/adult family drug center near Boston, Tapan and his staff at the Dunnellon Pharmacy always makes you feel like family and helps you as much as is possible to take care of your medical needs.If you are looking for a pharmacy that is extremely professional, knowledgeable and caring, I highly recommend you visit Tapan and his staff at Dunnellon Pharmacy!!!!”
“Last spring I was introduced to CDP when I was able to get my COVID vaccine there with no fuss, muss, nor bother! I was impressed then with the pharmacy cleanliness and order, and more importantly, the attitude of the staff— late last night, I left a local Emergency Room with several prescriptions — to my surprised dismay, all local corporate pharmacies were closed today for LaborDay!Recalling my vacc experience, I checked and CitrusDiscountPharmacy was open! I received my filled prescriptions in just a few minutes and left feeling seen, cared for and served in a way I never did from CorporatePharmacy.End of story? I just transferred all my Rx to CDP! “I'm just very disappointed and torn that the Hernando Store is closing. I have been a customer since they opened. Now I learn I might have to find a new pharmacy. That they are not integrating all customers into their other locations. Not sure exactly why as I fill over $1000 in meds monthly and have since the Hernando Store opened at its 1st location. Definitely has me stressed and my immune disease flaring...But....Alex is amazing, always helpful and kind! Even if they don't continue accepting me as a customer I do wish her the best. She's so great at her job with a beautiful personality on top of her skills!!Let me just say that G&R has been great over the years and I truly appreciate their kindness and care regarding all my prescriptions and services. “I was recently diagnosed with Covid and the Paxlovid I was prescribed is $1700 and my insurance wouldn’t cover it. I spoke with Amanda at the pharmacy and she referred me to the company website where I could get a voucher for a free box. Well I got the voucher but it would not work for some reason. Amanda worked on it for an hour and finally was able to get it for me at no change. So thankful for her hard work and constant communication”

“Publix never ceases to amaze me. Once a week I am in Forrest Ridge store and/or Dunnellon. The employees are so kind, helpful, dressed well and they smile. I want to remember names who reaches out to help me, but I will just say they are equivalently customer service oriented. I do not mind spending a little extra to be treated so wonderful. Thank you Publix for hiring and training your employees in such a way they exemplify a trait that's being forgotten... Courtney, professionalism, willing to help with a spring in their step and a smile on their face. I'm talking about every single department... Thank you.”
“Always a delight to visit the pharmacy, Corey the pharmacist is such a caring person, always available for questions about meds or insurance or anything to do with pharmacy. She makes you feel like you are the only customer. 5 stars for her. All the other assistants to Corey are top class, special mention to Leah, though young I can tell she cares, she’s going places. In fact everyone in the whole store who I’ve interacted with were on the ball, the atmosphere overall was welcoming.
Came back many times and always was great customer service, today, Leah went above and beyond to help me out. Yes Leah, I mean you, brilliant customer service and such a nice personality, your co- workers surely gave you a thumbs up that you we now one of them, well done Leah and everyone!”

But it's the CVS app and their discounts, digital coupons and rewards that are the reason I started shopping here. By selectively shopping using coupons and CVS issued rewards I'm getting products at about half price.
