“Publix never ceases to amaze me. Once a week I am in Forrest Ridge store and/or Dunnellon. The employees are so kind, helpful, dressed well and they smile. I want to remember names who reaches out to help me, but I will just say they are equivalently customer service oriented. I do not mind spending a little extra to be treated so wonderful. Thank you Publix for hiring and training your employees in such a way they exemplify a trait that's being forgotten... “Always a delight to visit the pharmacy, Corey the pharmacist is such a caring person, always available for questions about meds or insurance or anything to do with pharmacy. She makes you feel like you are the only customer. 5 stars for her. All the other assistants to Corey are top class, special mention to Leah, though young I can tell she cares, she’s going places. In fact everyone in the whole store who I’ve interacted with were on the ball, the atmosphere overall was welcoming.”
