They are very accommodating, my son is on seizure meds and more than once the pharmacist has gone above and beyond to personally help him in any way he could. They are fairly priced and have a welcoming staff from the minute you walk in the door. The establishment is clean and always has neat little gift items displayed. “I have to say, I had the best Thanksgiving pre-shopping experience at our Inverness Walmart yesterday. I am expecting to host 19 tomorrow so I had a big shop. I was so happy when I got my overflowing cart to the front there was a cashier named Russell available with nobody ahead of me! He got a second cart so we could fit them as we bagged everything, and was so cheery, patiently working through my pile. Then another superstar, Angel, came and helped me push the second cart to my car so I could get all these in 1 trip. Both so pleasant and helpful, I am grateful they made this a easy as can be. “This place is terrific. I was using the big name pharmacy that starts with a W and I was always frustrated waiting over 6 hrs for my scripts to be filled and never answering the phones . Not at RAINBOW DISCOUNT DRUGS they are so friendly I've never have to wait hours . They are quick always have my products in stock and so nice. The best choice I've made was switching to ? Rainbow.”

“Great Walmart for pickup, the woman there are strong on the running around game getting all orders out fast. So much faster than Homosassa Walmart.
I think Walmart should make the parking for pick up a little closer for them. It seems like it is spread to far out for their workers. The furthest Ive seen at any Walmart to tell you the truth”

“I'm just very disappointed and torn that the Hernando Store is closing. I have been a customer since they opened. Now I learn I might have to find a new pharmacy. That they are not integrating all customers into their other locations. Not sure exactly why as I fill over $1000 in meds monthly and have since the Hernando Store opened at its 1st location. Definitely has me stressed and my immune disease flaring...But....Alex is amazing, always helpful and kind! Even if they don't continue accepting me as a customer I do wish her the best. She's so great at her job with a beautiful personality on top of her skills!!Let me just say that G&R has been great over the years and I truly appreciate their kindness and care regarding all my prescriptions and services. I will continue to support them in any way I can with my business.After further evaluation I received a msg from G&R that my prescriptions will now be filled at the Beverly Hills Store! Thank You.... “They are always so kind and helpful. I had to come in at 6:40 p.m. to fill a prescription for my daughter. We had just come from the walk-in clinic and she needed her antibiotics filled. They were so kind, they were willing to rush the prescription and stay after 7 (when they close) to make sure my daughter had her meds. Thank you for your kindness and patience ❤️”
“I'm writing this review for the pharmacy part of the store only. My husband and I wanted to get our flu vaccines and found out that our regular pharmacy did not have the over 65 flu vaccination that my husband needed. So I called our local Walgreens and found out yes indeed they have both doses of the flu vaccine. The pharmacy aide said no appointment necessary just come in. We signed in and were given paperwork to fill out regarding any health/ allergy issues. Just a couple of pages and HIPPA documents to be filled out and signed. They also took our insurance and identification cards. Then a short wait in their small sitting area for there were two people in front of us. The pharmacist called me behind the screen divider and introduced herself then proceeded to go over my answers. She also asked which arm I preferred to get my injection. I told her it mattered not. She then swabbed my upper arm with an alcohol wipe, waited for a few seconds to dry and gave me my shot. She was very gentle - I hardly felt it. The pharmacist was friendly, fast and efficient - sanitizing her hands before and after my vaccine. My husband and I were in and out under 20 minutes. A very positive experience and we would definitely go for our yearly flu vaccine again.”
“I was recently diagnosed with Covid and the Paxlovid I was prescribed is $1700 and my insurance wouldn’t cover it. I spoke with Amanda at the pharmacy and she referred me to the company website where I could get a voucher for a free box. Well I got the voucher but it would not work for some reason. Amanda worked on it for an hour and finally was able to get it for me at no change. So thankful for her hard work and constant communication”

“Publix never ceases to amaze me. Once a week I am in Forrest Ridge store and/or Dunnellon. The employees are so kind, helpful, dressed well and they smile. I want to remember names who reaches out to help me, but I will just say they are equivalently customer service oriented. I do not mind spending a little extra to be treated so wonderful. Thank you Publix for hiring and training your employees in such a way they exemplify a trait that's being forgotten... Courtney, professionalism, willing to help with a spring in their step and a smile on their face. I'm talking about every single department... Thank you.”
“Always a delight to visit the pharmacy, Corey the pharmacist is such a caring person, always available for questions about meds or insurance or anything to do with pharmacy. She makes you feel like you are the only customer. 5 stars for her. All the other assistants to Corey are top class, special mention to Leah, though young I can tell she cares, she’s going places. In fact everyone in the whole store who I’ve interacted with were on the ball, the atmosphere overall was welcoming.
Came back many times and always was great customer service, today, Leah went above and beyond to help me out. Yes Leah, I mean you, brilliant customer service and such a nice personality, your co- workers surely gave you a thumbs up that you we now one of them, well done Leah and everyone!”
