“What a wonderful experience. Our primary vet had no availability for a sick visit for our dog so I called around to other local vets. Eastwood was not only able to fit me in within the hour, but provided top notch service. Dr Castillo was informative, took time to answer questions and seemed to truly care. Additionally, all another staff members that helped during our visit were so sweet and made sure to make Lily very comfortable. I will be switching to this practice from our other vet!”
“Dr. Fife and his team are amazing. They were able to assess and diagnose my dogs eye issue quickly and efficiently. Dr. Fife was very thorough in his explanation of my dogs condition and even emailed me discharge instruction with more detail and pictures. I am very impressed.”
“In May, my baby Althea was diagnosed with a mammary tumor and we were referred to Animal Cancer Care Clinic. Dr. Ruddle and the whole staff were great to us. Most vets we’ve been to haven’t understood or been patient with Althea’s anxiety and the team here was so incredibly kind and patient with her it made us all feel safe and cared for. Dr. Ruddle was able to operate and remove the entire tumor and then referred us to Dr. Sones for oncology.
Dr. Sones was so good to us. He answered every question I had, took the time to explain every treatment option, and talked us through this incredibly difficult time. He was a great support and incredibly knowledgeable. It’s obvious everyone here cares very deeply about their patients. He always called me back to talk about treatment options, side effects, and any questions I had. He made sure we felt supported and understood everything that was going on.
The nurses and vet techs were incredible. Althea trusted them. They took the time to make her feel comfortable and safe. They didn’t think she was mean or reactive, they understood she was just nervous and protective of her family. No vet we’ve ever been to has been as kind or patient as the team here.
Unfortunately, we lost Althea suddenly last week. The team did everything they could to prevent this and I believe they gave her an extra 8 weeks of happiness. It’s hard. Cancer sucks. I miss her so much. I’m grateful for the team here and everyone who gave Althea their all and treated her with so much love and kindness. Thank you for trying to save my best friend. She loved all her friends at Animal Cancer Care Clinic.
My only comment is that the emergency line is only 24 hours Monday-Wednesday. Althea passed late Thursday into Friday. Once she started to decline, we called the emergency service, left a voicemail explaining her symptoms and the urgency of the situation with a number to call us back, we never got a response or call back. This was really scary because there’s no after hours support for half the week. You can’t schedule an emergency like this, a call back at least would’ve been comforting.”

“My entire experience from calling to book an appointment to seeing me through the process of spaying my princess. I cannot express how grateful I am to everyone here for being so patient and understanding. From the front end staff to the doctors. Dr. Jackson called me prior to the surgery and explained every step. Answered all my questions. They even found something else that needed to be taken care of and called to ask if I wanted it all done at the same time.The Dr. called me after to let me know everything went well. It was super comforting because most places have a tech call.The next day Dr. Morales called me to check on my baby. She was so sweet and caring. Everyone was just beyond amazing. A special shout out to Debbie. She made me laugh so much and is one of the main reasons I’m switching vets.”

“I was researching holistic vets for my 12 year old Golden Retriever. She has many health problems and needing to look for more quality of life approach. Dr Cichra, Nony and Kayla were absolutely wonderful. Answered every question I had, and I had a lot. Extremely thorough with everything they offer. Acupuncture, chiropractic therapy, laser therapy, Chinese medicine, and more. We opted for chiropractic and acupuncture therapy and some supplements. Just from our first visit, my dog has more energy and overall improvement. The office is warm and inviting. The vibe is extremely calm which put my dog at ease. I look forward to see the continued improvement in my dogs overall health and well being.”

“I haven’t wrote a review because I lost my German shepherd a year ago, he passed away in the back seat of my car as I was literally parked and waiting to unfortunately putting my dog down because cancer took over, this staff and Doctor were so compassionate that I never witnessed such caring people in my life in a vets office. A good family friend of ours use to work there and she referred me to bring my dog as my other veterinarian clinic did not take my dog as he was about to pass over the rainbow bridge, because they didn’t have an opening after going there for 10yrs… I was so upset and beside myself. Thank goodness I was referred to Dr.Griffith, he is definitely the best Vet in Seminole county Florida by far and I will be coming here for now on with all my other animals.. R.I.P Brock mommy misses you so much. :( and thank you to the staff at this place cause they are wonderful!!”

They didn't hesitate to see my baby immediately and followed up the next day. They were all amazing and I am beyond blessed that this is what showed up on a Google search.”
“I have been taking my two dogs and cat here for two years now. They always keep in touch and follow up with the issues my pets have. The online app and pharmacy are truly so easy and useful. They helped me say goodbye to my Delilah that I have had since she was a year old and made to 14. I called in the morning because she was having issues standing and they got her in within the hour. She perked up a bit but by the afternoon she had an extreme decline and I called back in. They were so helpful and got her back in at 5:00 that evening. They helped us both through the worst as we decided it was time for her to go. They are truly kind and were very thorough and professional during the whole ordeal. It was the best anyone could hope for during such an awful thing. All of this was of course the day before hurricane Milton was set to hit us head on. I am beyond appreciative of what they did for us.”

“Unfortunately, I had to go to Oviedo Veterinary Care when my elderly dog fell ill and had to be put down. Every single person we dealt with was so kind and caring. They made an unbearable situation doable. The Vet was a straight shooter and didn't try to sell us services that were unnecessary and gave us the prognosis as it stood. “I first heard about Chuluota Veterinary Hospital when my Husband and I were looking to adopt 2 Dogs from Poodle and Pooch Rescue of Florida in 2015. I quickly learned that Dr. Zern and his Staff are the BEST Veterinary Clinic in Central Florida! We travel 40 miles to see Dr. Zern and so does my Mom with her Dog as well. We have had lots of experience over the years with multiple Dogs at other Clinics and none of them even come close to the expert care and knowledge Dr. Zern and his Staff are in their field. We are always greeted by a warm and welcoming Staff. The Clinic is clean, modern, and well-organized, creating a reassuring environment for Pet owners. Dr. Zern and all Technicians are clearly passionate about animals. During our visit, they handle our Dogs gently and make sure they are comfortable throughout the process. Dr. Zern thoroughly examines our Dogs and explains the diagnosis in detail, answers all of our questions patiently, and provides various treatment options. He also ensures that we understand how to follow up with care at home; which we really appreciated. We couldn't be happier with the service and care provided. One aspect that stands out is the Clinic calls to check how our Babies are doing and provide any additional guidance, if needed. Whether it's for a routine check-up or a more serious issue, I trust Dr. Zern and his Staff completely with our Pet's health and well-being.”
