I cannot express how amazing the techs, reception, and Dr. LaKeisha are! They explained everything to me in the step by step treatment plan created for my dog. They explained how the medications would work and answered any questions that I had without hesitation or aggravation. I highly, highly recommend them. The pricing to take my dog in to see them on the first visit was very reasonable and I will definitely bring him back and any future animals I may have!”

“I was so impressed with the warmth and friendliness of the staff and the Vet. This was my first time there. I needed an appointment quickly because the vet clinic I used the day before got a positive result on my Puppy's heartworm test. I was instructed by Proheart, the manufacturer of the preventive medicine he's been on for over five years, to go to a vet and have them do a full blown LAB test to verify that he does not have heartworm. So for me, timeliness was important. They saw me same day and their follow-up was absolutely perfect. They called, texted and emailed the results as soon as they came in and coordinated the follow-up with the case opened by Proheart manufacturer, Zoetis.They spent a lot of time with me and put me at ease. And they have won me over as the new vet for my Puppy. I can't thank them enough for their kindness.”

“This facility is very clean and well-kept, and the staff were mainly very kind and efficient with their work. Double check the address before hand, I think the emergency location is different than the one here on Google.We took our pet to Oviedo Veterinary Care and Emergency a couple of nights ago, and she was sadly diagnosed with late stage kidney failure. The staff were VERY flexible and understanding with my personal budget in coming up with a care plan, and our first visit came out to be $400 (mostly for the tests and IV fluids administered +$150 visit fee).Our only concerns from our two visits here was that we were offered a care plan on our second visit that could've been introduced during the first one- I'm not entirely sure why it wasn't. It made us feel like her care was sort of rushed and noncomprehensive during the first visit... The bedside manner was also a bit more curt and distanced than we would have liked when receiving the diagnosis, and we could have used some extra resources for grief/ care for terminal diagnoses at home.It seems like this facility may be understaffed or spread a bit thin, just from our experience there. But I am very glad that they were there to help us out in our pet emergency!”

“My daughters and I drove from Winter Garden to take a look at a rescue cat up for adoption. Candy's Cats Rescue has an area within the store that showcases cats that are in need of a forever home. The staff at Pet Supermarket step in and do an incredible job assisting with the process. They were so sweet and obviously love animals. Their participation elevated and personalized the experience. Once my daughter decided to go ahead with the adoption a staff member helped us collect all of the items that she needed to purchase for the new addition to the family. The store was well stocked with many variations to choose from. It was clean and organized.”
