Chiefland‘s office is very pleasant, The employees there are always so bright and smiling, and happy to help you. Is very nice to have that welcoming to you when you come in the doors of the Chiefland office

Staff is always friendly and never an issue. Only suggestion would be to maybe train new staff a little better or have someone help them until they're comfortable enough to handle it. Great bank though.
