“I actually had the pleasure of dealing directly with the branch manager and Officially I was there doing a compliance audit. He nailed it, he was happy, friendly and over all just pleasant. It is really ashame how adults utilize the internet (Google reviews) to have a safe place to throw a tantrum because things may not have gone their way. Reviews have a big impact on a brand but it's safe to say it is not difficult when tasked with sorting out the tantrums from real constructive criticism.
