“The hotel is very nice. Valerie, front desk, is always friendly and helpful. The valet was also very friendly and helpful specially when we left our keys there and they were kind enough to send these back to us. We highly recommend this hotel and the valet service!”

“So many amenities!! Close to all the Disney parks and they have shuttles that bring you to the parks and return you to the hotel in the evening. Universal is a 15 minute car ride. My son loved the pool and the splash pad. We found our favorite hotel in Orlando and we will be staying here again on our future trips to Disney. My son loved it here!!Food & drinks: Complimentary buffet breakfast was a great way to start the day. Great selection of food. Even my picky son was able to find something he liked. The 5:30 kickback was also a hit. It was pretty much dinner with 2 free alcoholic drinks.”

“Stayed at Kidani Village, but came here for the pool and Boma a lot busier than where I was staying but there’s a lot more to do in the lobby is really cool. Boma is amazing and I must try. I like the gift shop here in the pool is nice to enjoy.”

“I recently stayed at Art of Animation for the first time and I really enjoyed my experience! My friend and I booked a Little Mermaid room and were pixie dusted (upgraded) into a Cars suite. This was a BEYOND magical experience but it definitely not the norm. The Cars suite was super roomy, cozy, and incredibly close to the cafeteria, as well as the Skyliner (my favorite perk of this resort).Although, I think if we would've stayed in our original Little Mermaid room, we would've been exhausted by the back and forth trips to the cafeteria and Skyliner, as they are quite far away. And since the Little Mermaid rooms are the only "standard" ones (the only ones that are actually a Value part of the Value Resort), I don't think we would've enjoyed our time as much.So I highly recommend Art if you are able to swing a family suite but if you are only able to get a standard, I would recommend looking into Pop Century; a very similar resort that also has access to the Skyliner but ONLY has standard (Value) rooms.”

“It is a very nice hotel, very price convenient, it has the advantage of getting early access to Univeral Island of Adventure, walking distance to the park. The amenities are great for kids. The dinner has some healthy options. Rooms are a bit old but for a few nights stay is ok. We will definitely come back.”

“I go here every 6 months and it is so fun! Kids love it. I'm at the point where the workers recognize and know me. I love how this place feels so homely! Here, you can do activities and earn sand dollars, a currency here you can use to buy cool stuff, just by doing activities!Rooms: The rooms are amazing! They are always completely clean and ready for you.Nearby activities: There is always activities going on, almost every hour.Safety: This place is very safe, they have lifeguards at every pool.Walkability: You can trust your kids to walk off here, because it is really walkable.Food & drinks: Amazing food and drinks! I love ordering here!”

“This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in for a family vacation in Orlando. I stayed here for 4 days and it has absolutely everything from a foodcourt with many options to bars, game room, starbucks and many great amenities. I would like to thank the great team that this hotel has each staff that I spoke to was pleasant & helpful which made our stay easier. The suite we stayed in was spectacular and the cleanliness was top of the line. Checking in and checking out was also so easy because they send you an email to do so or you can do it by the room tv and it saves you from standing in the very long lines. The room keys are also great souvenirs with your name on it that you can take as memory. I would recommend this hotel in a heartbeat and I am planning on returning to this hotel when visiting Orlando again. Thank you!”

“Great value. Comfortable. Direct buses to WDW theme parks. Quite. Great staff interactions. I have no significant complaints.Rooms: 2 Queen beds , a pull out sofa separate bathroom and water closet. Very comfortable and quiet. Ample space for four adults.”

“This was our first time at a Disney grounds resort and we had a wonderful time. We stayed in a deluxe standard studio. It was nice to have 2 bathrooms and the room was plenty of space for a family of four. I do agree the resort is spaced out. It provides a nice atmosphere for relaxing however with small kids it would have been nicer to be closer to the main building. If I had older kids I wouldn't mind. The pool with the kid area is wonderful. Just enough space for them to have fun. We also swam in the quiet pool as well. Captain Cooks and Koana cafe both have great options. There was enough variety and the ordering ahead was easy. Rooms were cleaned daily. The resort staff were friendly as well. The family activities and view of fireworks can't be beat. Monorail to MK was a huge perk and couldn't have been made easier. We will be back!”

“Great motel! Can only be recommended. It's cheap, has the perfect location and the staff is top. We had a room with two queen size beds that were very comfortable. Everything was clean because the cleaners were working all day.The location was perfect, Disney and Universal Studios were easily accessible and there were restaurants and shops everywhere for shopping! The pool was also very well maintained and was great for swimming, especially in the evening after a day at one of the amusement parks. Always happy to go to Seasons Florida Resort!”

“What a fantastic place to stay! I will say my first impression when I got there is that this wasn't what I was expecting based on the pictures I had viewed online. When I pulled in and say the two story old school wrap around motel building structure I was a little worried that I had been fooled by the online posting. Thankfully however from the first moment everything ended up being perfect. Checking in was easy and throughout the entire time there, every single staff person was incredibly cheerful, nice, and helpful. Sometimes front desk workers can be kind of cold and stone-faced, but everyone here was fantastic and kind of caught me off guard in a good way with each interaction. While the building itself is older they have done a great job of keeping everything current and updated. Our unit looks to be three old motel rooms combined into one living unit. One room on the pool courtyard side was a living room with fully kitchen and stocked with all the dishes and items we needed to prepare meals instead of eating out every meal. Walmart is right next door for food and found it was easier to walk over instead of driving. One of the busiest Walmarts I have ever seen so traffic in and out was crazy every single time we went. Then there was an in between area that had two bathrooms with showers and two sink stations outside of the bathrooms which really helped having 4 people in our group to not always have a bathroom tied up. There were two bedrooms, one with 2 double beds, and then another separate bedroom with a king bedroom. It was super spacious and allowed for a little extra privacy for everyone and a nice place where people could separate for a little wind down time after a long day if needed. TV's in each room. Outdoor pool was heated and very comfortable at any time and the hot tub worked and felt great as well. Plenty of outdoor grills in the courtyard and took advantage to cook on for a meal as well. Outdoor playground area for young kids and a nice little free mini-golf course as well. It was a little hot in the unit the first couple of days and thought we just couldn't figure out the cooling controls and was about to ask someone to look at it and thought to check the circuit breakers quick first and sure enough the AC unit circuits had been tripped. Once we flipped those that worked just fine as well and was very comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat with no hesitation. Excellent job everyone at Magic Tree!”

“Beautifully landscaped grounds with golf course and jogging paths! ...Stopped by to see the hotel for a future booking on a visa points stay. Enjoyed a nice afternoon "walk- jog". I chose the A path at 1.3 miles that meanders by beautiful little lakes and Grand Oaks. There is also a B path that is over 3 miles long. I visited the hotel for lunch but all was closed except the bar and limited menue pool side restaurant. Call ahead if wish to fully dine with table service. This hotel is a nice oasis near Disney and has lots of beautiful pools and lakes as well as resort property for families to unwind. A good value compared to other hotel or resort options. Resort valet and self parking fees are very high ( $30.00 plus) so it might be better to shuttle in if you can do without a car if you plan to stay more than a few nights.Safety: Security guard with gated entrance on premises .”

“It is a beautiful hotel. Rooms are very nice. Only issue would be the mattresses. They are not very comfortable. Service only got 3 stars due to there lack of friendliness. Asked for a few clean towels from them when they were cleaning the room next to ours and it was like I was asking for our room to be completely cleaned. Language barrier as well.Location is closer to all amenities.”

“I don't go to a resort to stay in the room but I always enjoy a modern, "crisp" room. While there is nothing wrong with the room, other than the ac constantly short-cycling, it could really use some updating.Nearby activities: Very nice golf course on the property.Food & drinks: Many options on the property. Love the convenience.”

“Beach Club is one of Disney World's upper tier resorts and can definitely be on the more expensive side as a result. The room we had was nice and the location just outside of Epcot is fantastic. You also have good access to transportation and the boardwalk area. The location is definitely the biggest perk of staying here. As for the resort amenities, they were alright. There is one large pool area that is shared by Yacht Club, Stormalong Bay. Despite its large size, it's very broken up and disjointed. We honestly weren't fans of it. Aside from that area, there are two smaller pools. The other amenities in the resort itself were fine, but nothing that really stands out. A lot of areas of the resort were definitely showing their age as well. Overall, we had a good stay, but I don't know if we would return to this resort.”

“I was in for the Entreprenista Founder's Weekend and could not have had a nicer time.Of course the grounds are spotless, and the staff are all lovely. Everyone was so kind and helpful! It was easy enough to navigate. Incredible first impression, as I walked in and was enveloped in a floral aroma, but not the powdery type. It was beautiful. The food we had was fresh and absolutely delicious. Seasoned without tilting too far any direction, very balanced. Juices were fresh, service was swift, and we had a wonderful time! I will have to be visiting the Ritz on vacation outside of business, the next time I'm around. Fantastic experience all the way.Safety: I am a petite femme person and felt incredibly secure at all hours wherever I was on this property.Food & drinks: Fresh, delicious, seasoned, balanced. Every bite was enjoyed!Noteworthy details: That flowery scent has imprinted on me. Some of the best ambient marketing I've experienced, it works!”

“the rooms were very clean, service was fast and helpful, but the location is right outside of disney magic kingdom so there is a lot of traffic to go in and out so i would suggest going here if you plan on going to disney kingdomNearby activities: lots of activitys, pools, and things to do inside of the hotel areaWalkability: lots of place to walk, kind of like its own small townNoteworthy details: pools close at 10 and open at 8”

“I am a platinum elite HI Reward member from Canada and travel extensively on business with Holiday Inn. As such, I've stayed at a vast number HI properties over the years. My family had the wonderful pleasure (perhaps even privelege?) of staying at Holiday Inn Oralndo SW - Celebration Area last month (February 2024). The front-desk employees are outstanding and by far the most friendly, helpful and caring service staff I have ever experienced. They truly go way out of their way (impresively more so than any other front-desk service I've received including numerous 5-star facilities) to take exceptionally good care of their guests. This is particularly true of Ms. Victoria L. who demonstrated genuine compassion and exemplary service regarding an important (specialized personal neck pillow) I inadvertanly forgot in our hotel room.Despite numerous technical difficulties and unforseen international-shipping complications with courier & postal services, she personally went to exceptional length and effort to ensure the irreplacable item was successfully returned to us. Victoria understood and empathized with our unfortunate predicament and personally arranged USPS delivery on her end. Clearly not required of her, well above and beyond normal front-desk service of most other hotels. Victoria did it anyway, just to personally ensure we were taken good care of from beginning to end. Now that's impressive.Thank you Holiday Inn Orlando SW (Celebration Area) and a very special thank you to Victora L. for her absolutely exceptional compassion, care and personalized service beyond any normal expectation. She sets the gold standard for hotel service and professionalism. Well done Victoria, we thank you and will be forever grateful.I would highly recommend Holiday Inn Orlando SW - Celebration Area over any other hotel in Orlando, bar none. You will not be disappointed with the impressive staff and their outstanding guest-services standards. Excellent location, excellent staff (front desk, housekeeping, restaurant and bar - they are all good and super helpful/friendly). A real nice place to stay.Ted MansellNiagara Falls, Ontario, Canada”

“Amazing hotel and great value for families.Rooms: Units are very spacious! We stayed in the 4 room apartment because it was the only one left. Every room has its tv, two rooms have their ensuit bathroom plus a third bathroom for the other two rooms. Fully equipped kitchen, laundry room. Simple and modern furniture.Nearby activities: Very close to Disney, lots of restaurants nearby in addition to Target superstore less than 5 min by car. Having a car is strongly recommended.”

“Excellent location, just 15 minutes away from Hollywood Studios and EPCOT, both via Skyliner, and also 20 mins away by bus from Disney Spring shopping experience. It has one themed pool, usually somewhat crowded, but also each island has its own quiet pool, which is what we enjoyed the most.As with any Disney experience, the service, and and all cast members (employees) are very friendly and helpful. The only down side is the size of the bathroom, a bit smaller than normal hotels, but there is a division between the sinks and the toilette/shower area.”
