“Stayed here over the weekend for a groundbreaking event I had planned. Beautiful, newly-remodeled property!! The on-site restaurant overlooking the lake was serene and the surrounding village-style square with additional restaurants and night life was so fun. The entire hotel team was so incredibly friendly: from the valet to the front desk to the restaurant, I feel like I arrived for work but hung out with friends! All of their kindness and extra efforts truly helped me stay grounded during such a hectic work/event weekend. SPECIAL THANKS to Hector, Mike, Seilly, Carlos, and Jo!! Miss y'all already!!”

“I really have nothing to say about this hotel… everything was wonderful! The people are so welcoming, the animals nearby, there are lots of giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, and we had seen them on the Arusha savannah… WOW!! I loved this hotel! We will definitely go back!!

Rooms: The rooms are spacious, it smells good everywhere in the hotel, I really have nothing negative to say!!

Nearby activities: All parks are accessible from the hotel for a free bus ride. Buses have intervals of approximately 15 minutes so no waiting.”

“Everything was so great. From check in to check out. We were impressed with all the staff but Jamie at the front desk was the ultimate best! He was so Pleasant and Professional. He answered all of my questions and didn’t rush us at all, as it was our first time at the hotel and Halloween Horror Nights.”

“Didn't stay here but ate at Cape May. Continues to be one of the best place to eat at WDW!

Food and drinks: Cape May's seafood buffet with a side order of Crab legs is the best.”

“I recently stayed at Art of Animation for the first time and I really enjoyed my experience! My friend and I booked a Little Mermaid room and were pixie dusted (upgraded) into a Cars suite. This was a BEYOND magical experience but it definitely not the norm. The Cars suite was super roomy, cozy, and incredibly close to the cafeteria, as well as the Skyliner (my favorite perk of this resort).Although, I think if we would've stayed in our original Little Mermaid room, we would've been exhausted by the back and forth trips to the cafeteria and Skyliner, as they are quite far away. And since the Little Mermaid rooms are the only "standard" ones (the only ones that are actually a Value part of the Value Resort), I don't think we would've enjoyed our time as much.So I highly recommend Art if you are able to swing a family suite but if you are only able to get a standard, I would recommend looking into Pop Century; a very similar resort that also has access to the Skyliner but ONLY has standard (Value) rooms.”

“Everything was great except there was a bee problem outdoors that chased us and a lot or families indoors. We saw someone come with wasp spray one time but it didn't solve the problem. Unfortunately the pool area was effected the most. We mostly like to spend time at the pool with our son but couldn't this week!”

“I can't say enough about how fantastic my stay at the Conrad was. The hotel is immaculate, and the staff go above and beyond to ensure a great experience for their guests.

I especially want to mention Kameron at the front desk, who helped me resolve a small issue with lightning-fast efficiency. It’s clear that he is truly invested in his role—thank you, Kameron!”

“My only complaint about this resort is that it's way too large. It's made up of a lot of buildings. It's easy to get lost there. Besides that it is a very nice resort to stay at.”

“Disney’s All-Star Movies Resort offers a fun and vibrant stay filled with Disney magic. As a tourist, I was delighted by the larger-than-life decor inspired by classic Disney films like Toy Story, 101 Dalmatians, and Fantasia. The whimsical sculptures and themed areas made the resort feel like a celebration of nostalgia and imagination. It’s especially appealing for families and Disney fans, as every corner offers a photo-worthy moment.

The rooms, while simple, were clean and comfortable, providing all the essentials for a park-centric trip. The pools were a highlight, particularly the Fantasia-themed one, which added to the resort’s charm. The food court served a variety of convenient and kid-friendly meals, and the complimentary bus service made accessing the parks hassle-free. Overall, it’s a great value for the immersive Disney experience.”

“Amazing property!! One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. So much to do on-site that you don’t even need to leave and very kid-friendly. Rooms are average size, but the pool view makes up for it (photo is of pool view room from 10th floor). Can see Disney fireworks from a distance from the higher level floors, but without the sound it’s nothing to plan your night around. Pool is 10/10 and amenities make the resort fees justifiable!

Noteworthy details: Although not a WDW hotel, they do provide shuttles to various parks and Disney Springs at designated times daily, they just need to be booked in advance. On site car rental (company is Sixt) if you need a car, but they do charge nightly parking fees at the hotel. If you plan on staying on the resort, Uber is the way to go!”

“For the price, the hotel is amazing!!

What made it so much better was the customer service by both Veronica and Veronica L.

I was traveling from Atlanta and worked Disney from 1am-10am.

I purchased a day nap room at first but later wanted to change it to a full night stay.

Please be aware that I’m exhausted and just want to take a nap at this point. Both Veronica’s made my check in process and the adjustment process completely seamless.

I very much appreciate them.

I finally got in my room and to no surprise the room was immaculate.

This is the best hotel at a great price. I highly recommend.

Thanks again Veronica’s!!!”
