“Just left this Ross location & I would love the highlight the customer service of Glenny. What an amazing help! I witnessed her help an elder shopper who uses a wheelchair. Most people are dismissive to people who are older and/or disabled but not Glenny. After the shopper’s personal items were misplaced, Glenny ensured that the items were found & returned.
I do hope in the future that Ross produces carts that are handicapped accessible so something like this can be avoided. But until then, great work Glenny! You were raised well.”
“They live up to their motto, dress for less. It hasn't changed, and I did find a few things that I was interested in and purchased. Their hand soap aisle and Spa accessories...that's always been one of my favorite places to look in Ross when I go there.”
“This is one of my favorite thrift stores in Orlando. Honestly they offer more at substantially better prices than most of the chain thrift stores in the area. They have the perfect combination of an abundance of goods and a great variety. When first walking in, it does smell a bit funky, but the clothes never smell and its not so strong as to distract from the experience. I recommend OMG!Thrift to everyone i know.”
