“Soooooooo....... Overall, Parking was easy breezy, and really impressed with the great selection, many many many, oh yea.... MANY options to choose from, to which can be epic OR stimulation overload! I have yet to visit a Burlington that has all their products/items/aisles organized. And yes I do understand the vulture like mentality most people seem to have here, which would test my nerves daily having to pick up after that, but I must admit that this location really shows how hard their employee's work with all the organized sections! I love that I didn't have to go hunting. I was able to see clearly all the items on the shelves.... And we didnt need to tag team digging around,... what a relief! I would like to see more boys clothing size 8 ... VERY SMALL selection: abundance amount of clothing for girls all sizes and a fair amount of clothing for boys toddler and pre teen. Ooh and Their is a HUGE issue though that I need to just get out their hoping that the right person will read this and possibly do something about it. Ok, so the ceiling.............. WOW!! i had to do a double take about 4 or 5 different times hoping that I was not seeing what I thought I was seeing. The dust build up on the different vents or pipes or honestly god only knows what's really under all that dust, but regardless ya'll are ganna have to provide umbrellas pretty soon if something isn't done. My eyes were going cross eyed bc of all the dust I was looking at on the ceiling! It's an entire different world going on up there! I hope you guys can look into that..... bc god forbid a little spark happens and BOOM up in flames that dust will go!!”

The customer service an quality of care, concern an help I received from employee Vanely was phenomenal..she truly went above an beyond to help me find a suit (hints: pants ) that would fit my short self ..she never gave up for I wanted to rather quickly an needless to say I actually ended up purchasing a complete look to include the shirt… employee Vanely was so sweet, very attentive and patient lol …she was a blessing to be there in the store that day because I’d actually go back to express now to look around for other things .Thank you again”

“An adorable boutique style store that offers a variety of accessories and clothing options. They are on the second floor of the mall and near to Sephora if you are looking for it. The staff was very welcoming and offered me any help if I needed it.I ventured around and looked at all the fun stuff. Several of the fun tables caught my eye and things on them would make great gifts for a friend! I like their fun candles and jewelry.The clothing is not quite my style, but I could see myself buying a piece here or there when something does strike my interest! The fitting rooms were closed, as most places are doing right now.Overall: ACute little boutique style shop with fun items.”
“It was a wait to get checked out because the manager and other employee were literally wide open working in the store. The manager was from the back room, to stocking racks, to folding clothes, and running the register. They need help REALLY bad but they were doing all they could to keep up. You can tell they are worn out from the tone of the conversation - Charlotte Russe should be ashamed of themselves!”

“The location itself is pretty normal for what you'd expect for this chain. However, the staff here make it exceptional. We were greeted right when we walked in and told about all the different offers and sales that we're going on. We are also offered any help if we needed it while we walked around the store. I was looking for my niece as she really likes the shirts and hoodies that she can get here, however, they don't have one close to their house.As I walked around everything was in order and kept clean. It was easy to shop for the right size because they were clearly marked and in the right place. I like when stores do this because it makes it easier to grab what I want. They had a decent sized sale section in the back of the store for both men and women.At the register there were a couple people in line, however it moved very quickly. This doesn't mean that service lacked here. They were still just as friendly and welcoming at the register Bay. I was able to get one sweater and two T-shirts for just $20.Overall: AGreat experience with wonderful staff. Decent sized sale section!”

“Customer service here is impeccable! My stepson came in the previous day and bought A LOT of clothes for my daughter. He got the wrong sizes unfortunately, and I came in the next day to have them all exchanged. I mean, this was a lot of clothes, so many that they remembered him lol. Wesley is an absolute doll!!!He stopped what he was doing, and took all the clothes and found all the sizes that I needed. I didn’t have to lift a finger. It took a little bit, so he even let me go to another store and come back. I never knew about this store until yesterday, and I will definitely be coming back! “I never even knew they had a plus size section in this store. My first time going upstairs and they had mom jeans on sale for $7. Here's the kicker...I'm normally a size 20 but the Jean's ran so big, I was able to get into a size 16. Yesssss....to the mom Jean's for $7!!”
