“My husband was t boned and my business relies on a truck. I had 2 events scheduled and I paid up front for a truck in Lehigh days prior to picking it up. Lehigh didn't have the truck when we arrived even though I had pre-paid for it and checked in a day prior. Lehigh branch wouldn't even call other locations to find one for us (even with the money taken out!). With less than 2 hours needing a truck, this place was AMAZING! First, EVERY employee we had to deal with at this Cape Coral branch was so NICE and helpful! The person who answered the phone to person who got us in the truck and the person who checked us out. They were fast and efficient! They even were kind enough to give us the same price I paid in Lehigh for a bigger truck to help us out on the time crunch. ? I will be back and will only use this branch from now on! Thank you again for everything! I will be telling everyone to go to this branch from now on! Carolyn and Steve”
