2221 Santa Barbara Blvd #103, Cape Coral“My Dell desktop 'blew up' late one evening - suddenly no power although connected to a UPS. I checked obvious things - circuit breaker, wall receptacle, UPS. Connected a light to the receptacle. Everything except my PC was fine so I suspected a power supply issue in the PC. Called uBreakiFix as soon as they opened the next morning and spoke with Andrew - he said to bring it in.
Dropped PC off and Andrew said he'd try to diagnose and call me in the afternoon. Since I rely heavily on using the PC, I called Andrew mid-afternoon. He had diagnosed the problem (bad CMOS battery) and was re-testing the PC to ensure the problem was solved. I was able to pick it up about 15 minutes later, during which time he also cleaned the inside of the PC which was covered in several years of dust.
I found the service to be exemplary and Andrew's knowledge led to a quick solution at a very reasonable cost. I would not hesitate to recommend uBreakiFix to look after your electronics issues.”

He listened carefully to what my dad wanted and needed from his new phone, he offered different options for the phone plans and explained how they have changed since my dad's last upgrade, he explained exactly what the monthly charge and total cost of the phone would be, and he did all of this professionally, courteously, efficiently, and without trying to make the biggest sale he could. He told all of us that we can contact him any time if we need his help. It would be a wonderful thing if everyone in sales was like Denell! He's a great asset to this store and the company.”
“I actually owe Raynel an aplogy for getting frustrated due to technical issues that were not his fault. He was VERY helpful and did everything to ensure that I recieved the best discount to keep my monthly payment the lowest he can make it, he wasnt pushy which I greatly appreciated, listened to my needs and gave me fast service. I feel horrible after giving him a hard time bc the phone had some technocal issues but I was able to resolve it with Verizon and none of this was a fault of the sales associate. So I sincerly aplogize for my behavior and take full resposibliy for my actions. I plan on heading back into the store to give Raynel a gift catd and thank you note and really LOVE my new phone. “After so many years of horrid service at retail ATT stores I felt compelled to praise the best experience I have had in a long time at any retail facility. After not being able to complete my new phone upgrade online through ATT I set aside a day to go into the store. Walked in and greeted by Alex. I held up the non Iphone I wanted to get rid of and he knew exactly what I was trying to accomplish. Now in the past this would have taken several hours, but not today! Alex had our transaction complete with old phone wiped and new phone setup within 20 minutes. When he handed me the new phone and thanked me for the business I said “wait that’s it we are done?”. He confirmed and we were on our way. Alex was amazing and will be our go to for transactions going forward!”
