“If your looking for a quick review then " A++++++++ SERVICE and WORK ! However if your looking for a complete review keep reading.I was new to SWF and had my classic car damaged by road debris. I called and spoke with Rob and he was polite and respectful on the phone and seemed to know what he was talking about ( He was not the first collision place that I had called and the others, lets just say weren't as nice or lacked knowledge). Rob Said bring it in! Soon after that phone call I was then rear ended and then hit with Hurricane IAN, there is even more unfortunate events that unfolded with a truck tire hitting my mini van but I will spare you ( IT WOULD BE A NOVEL).So not only was Rob's shop effected by the hurricane as well as his staffs personally being effected. He then told me to work direct with Norma as things were hectic on from IAN.Norma and I became close over many phone calls with Rob following up at every chance that he could.Rod, Norma and his staff managed to fix all my cars and helped me beyond just collision work. The caring, and even laughter ( In a crazy situation) made everything a little easier to handle.Even months after the when some little issues came up he took the vehicle back and quickly fixed it and followed through on his word ( SOMETHING YOU DON'T FIND IN TODAYS TIME).So in closing, If you are looking for great work and exceptional service and someone that will be DEAD HONEST, and a staff that follows suit, then COLLISION EXPECTS of CAPE CORAL is the place where you should take your vehicle.Thank you Rob, Norma and Staff ! “Had our vehicle tinted with Ceramic film today. Driving in the Florida sun is downright dangerous to one's skin. So we decided we needed it. Ceramic films was the way to go. This film does not hinder cell phone signals like metallic films. Trust me, we know about cell phones! Steve and Brice took care of us. The installation was perfect and reasonably priced as well. “First time in O'Reilly. Needed to purchase an airfilter n cabin filter for my Dodge Charger.
You have to use your phone and scan the bar code on shelf. This gets you into their online store. Have to put cars information as it's the Garage.
Then search for what you need. Just follow the Model #'s on phone to box on shelf. I do like the old way better. Seems faster with catalog on shelf.
Gentleman at desk seemed quick and efficient. They have a lot of other accessories for your vehicle also looks like large selection of parts in back stockroom.

“West Coast collision did an awesome job servicing my 2010 Cadillac. Unfortunately my car was damaged in a minor accident but required a reasonable amount of work to repair. I had gotten several estimates and West Coast came in the least expensive. The job was completed slightly earlier than quoted with an a final price that was also slightly less. They did a great job matching paint color. I hope I never have to use a collision shop again but if I did I would not hesitate to come back here”

“I originally brought my car to a local aamco transmission shop after my “service all wheel drive” light came on. They had the car for 3 weeks to find out I needed a new PTU or transfer case. The part was on back order.. so after over a month of waiting they found one. But it wasn’t the right part because it needed the computer components to relay to the car. So once I picked up the car the light came back on, they told me that they didn’t know what to do and pretty much to not bring it back… that’s when I contacted Tom at Cape Coral Jeep Chrysler. He got me in right away and started to track down the correct part for my vehicle!!! It did take some time but Tom always made sure that I was up to date on knowing what was going on. They know what they are doing and the car hasn’t had any problems since!!! Thank you soo much for getting me back in the road!! I definitely recommend getting your car serviced here by the true professional!!”
